Duties & Responsibilities

1. Opening bank accounts for customers. 2. Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the Bank’s services. 3. Resolving issues and problems with customers’ bank accounts. 4. Identifying customers’ needs for services and making the appropriate referral if required.  5. Issuing bank statement for customers upon request. 6. Composing customer statements and other correspondence related to issues such as discrepancies and outstanding unpaid items. 7. Accurately processing all financial service transactions such as ordering bank cards, processing checks, and Current and Saving Accounts transactions. 8. Engaging in proactive contact with customers to ensure client satisfaction and possible identification of additional client needs.  9. Ensuring compliance with security and audit procedures.  10. Analyzing personal and financial data to deepen current, profitable customer relationships.  11. Update personal details for personal and business customers such as address and name details. 12. Receive deposits and issuing funds upon request  13. Open new savings and cheque accounts 14. Closing savings and cheque accounts 15. Promote bank products and services 16. Handling cash transaction and cash balancing 17. Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries on account balances, transaction details, statements and fees and charges

Qualification

• High School, Bachelor degree will be preferred in related field. • At least 3 years experience in related position banking sector will prefer. • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Pashto and Dari • Able to use Microsoft office and C.B.S (Core Banking Solution). • Should have problem solving skills. • Familiar with Afghanistan rules and regulation. • Ability to analyze things. • Good communication and interpersonal skill. • Supervision skill. • Leadership skill.
